Pros

If you can fit into their so called fun and drinking culture then it is good. Or if aim of life is to drink then this this would be the best.

Cons

Immature staff, arrogance at all level and they think themselves as inventor of risers. This company is financially fragile as they paid all profits to Acteon/KKR and left with very little for rainy day. Acteon/KKR refuses to help in current bad time as they have spent all profits on bonuses. Favouritism and politics is very similar to big company. Spineless management who is always ready to drop their pant if client asked to do so.

Pros

Good bunch of people as majority are young, pays well for minimum work, free beer, offer training courses

Cons

repetitive work of riser and conductor, easy to get comfortable, very bad management on the top as they do not know how to look after employees or how to keep the business model, no appreciation of non-technical (transferable skills)
