      Terrible atmosphere, bad management, no company direction

      Cons

      Very toxic, only came across management team in the morning and afternoon and they still managed to make me feel not cared for, family company so one slight disagreement with one meant a grudge was held by all.

      I’m fairly new but enjoying it. You do the job and go home, the hours suit me.

      Cons

      Some of the workers moan about everything. It’s an all weather job and can be cold but that’s what I signed up for.
