Pros
Everything seems great when you first get started. Claims to be a “family,” and always looking for “rockstars” until… (see cons)
Cons
Red flags all over the place. Never trust a company that calls you “family.” They will work you to the bone then throw you to the curb. Very Catty sorority like behaviors, talking behind people’s back. Obvious favoritism displayed by leadership to the self proclaimed “OG’s”. Pressure to use recreational drugs on work trips. Unethical hiring/termination practices. Disorganized leadership without a clear vision.

Pros
Leadership creates a strong culture you want to be a part of and support. Very transparent. Team of high excelling people. They get rid of people who are under performers or toxic quickly. It is awesome to be a part of a company who cares about their people and create new products that set us apart.
Cons
Wish we could hire more people to experience 2nd Spark.
