      Pros

      There are no notable advantages, except that the CEO hires kind, capable people, who unfortunately are not treated well once employed.

      Cons

      The CEO has an extremely harsh management style rooted in fear rather than support. There is a lack of benefits, little flexibility, and a strong blame culture. Overwork and burnout appear to be viewed as signs of productivity. The micromanagement is intense, and I have witnessed multiple employees in distress due to the pressure. Overall, it is a very difficult work environment.

      1. Friendly coworkers 2. Fun socials 3. Bi-weekly lunches 4. Nice office

      Cons

      1. Benefits are pretty much non-existent for a company of this size, and the annual leave allowance is the bare minimum. 2. Work/life balance isn’t great as the culture leans heavily towards overworking, so burnout happens quite quickly. 3. There’s an unspoken stigma around taking sick leave, which is strange for a company in healthcare. 4. Company values autonomy on paper, but in reality there’s a strong micromanagement culture. 5. Expectations can be unrealistic at times, which makes it hard to keep up with the constantly increasing workload.
