The only pros about this company is that it's a paycheck. Cook outs and boat rides are rare.
Cons
No benefits. No transperency between office and production. Poor marine industry experience. Boat designs are taken from competing companies and manufactured in China. Poor boat construction. Company had gone through 3 operations managers in 2 years due to owner. Employees who get promoted to higher positions by operations managers are usually demoted after they are fired. No trust in Americans to run his company. Due to his Asian ethnicity, he only has other Asians in higher positions. He brings over workers from China to work illegally under a tourist visa to save money. Currently under OSHA investigation due to poor work practices and conditions. His other boat company based in China is entangled in a lawsuit. Has conducted illegal interviews with more than one person at a time. High turnover rate. If your not a yes man who will do whatever the owner wants then don't work here.
