Pros

Some of the people for now. Hopefully they’ll all escape soon though.

Cons

I know you’re supposed to take a Glassdoor review with “a grain of salt,” but every single one of these negative reviews nail the agency on the head. I would never recommend working here to my worst enemy. The two owners are indeed as bad as they all say. A typical week at the agency: 1.) You and your coworkers brainstorm an innovative campaign complete with all details and plenty of time to refine before the deadline. 2.) Leadership tells you they hate it a day or two before it’s due, so you have to work for the next 48 hours straight to barely finish on time. 3.) You end up recreating a campaign you’ve done for the same client over and over and over again. 4.) You have to pull some wizard tricks to accommodate all the last minute requests the ladies ask of you 5.) Once the project is complete, you’ll be shamed for not working hard enough even though you only slept for a total of 10 hours in a week To top it all off, you’ll worry everyday if you’re going to be fired or not, because they don’t know how to budget and can’t afford you anymore. If you’re lucky though, they’ll fire you and bring you back when they’re ready to use you again. They make diagrams in their office to decide who they’ll fire that afternoon with zero warning.

The Worst Decision of My Life

Pros

Some of the people that still have their jobs due to their skills, intelligence and work ethic; not because they follow the founders around like puppy dogs.

Cons

Look, I know what you are thinking: “Employees who write bad reviews are bitter and have so much time on their hands.” THAT IS FALSE. I am writing this review to save future employees from making the worst decision of my life – joining this company. Now why is this company so bad you ask? Haha… 1. The company is ran by two woman who think that anyone at the agency are their eternal slaves and punching bags. No matter what your position is (intern -> account manager -> director), they will ask you to do personal errands for them and tie their shoes. I have literally seen an account manager be tasked with buying furniture and gardening essentials for one of their personal Christmas parties. I have literally seen employees be on the chopping block because they weren’t giving the founders enough “attention”. I have literally seen multiple employees be asked to pick up their kids from school… 2. The founders have major control issues and want to be involved in every aspect of campaigns, but then take a minimum of 5 business days to get back to you, regarding any urgent approvals or decisions you needed last week. Their control issues literally determine if you can take a lunch or not. On numerous occasions, they have screamed “no one is taking a lunch today” and the compensation for then working a 10-hour day without any breaks, is that they “generously” spend $10 on lunch for you, which you HAVE to eat while working. They will literally think of firing you, if they buy you lunch, and if you then decide to take a 5 minute break for some fresh air. 3. Your anxiety working for this company will jump to a catastrophic level. Every other day, the founders will write and erase names on a whiteboard to determine whom they are firing next. AKA whose salary they are getting rid of so you they can afford their personal vacations, Gucci bags and their pretentious lifestyles. But the funny part is that if you decide to leave, they will throw major tantrums and verbally harass you. They are the definition of mature… 4. No matter how hard you work, your skills and intelligence will never result in job security, unless you are family or follow the founders around like puppy dogs. To add to their unprofessional nature, the founders hire multiple family members and best friends, which should be a conflict of interest. But this just results, in those “personal connections” being paid way over their pay rate and being secure in jobs they do not deserve. Also, I would recommend befriending them, because they have a big say in who should be fired or not… But at the end of the day, I thank The 360 Agency. Why you may ask? Because I saw the abyss of hell here. And no matter where my career takes me, I know I experienced the purgatory, and I survived. So do yourself a favor and NEVER apply or connect with this slave shop, I mean company. Only few survive hell… and I am still dealing with posttraumatic stress disorder months later…

Pros

You will find out how much stress you can tolerate and how much work you can produce in a short amount of time.

Cons

You will be expected to get there at 8am sharp, leave at 7pm and work through your lunch, this is absolutely normal. As soon as an hourly employee was salaried, he left at 5pm and management was bickering that he should be working harder with the rest of us. Management is very condescending and belittling, be prepared to be "called out" in front of other employees at any given moment. There is no work life balance expect phone calls on the weekend from CMO, this lady ruined one of the most important days of my life. Account managers were tasked with washing managements' cars and picking up the CMO's kids from school. Employees are turned against one another, I was often pulled aside to give my colleagues a performance review. The one employee that has worked there the longest has no life and will respond to 3am emails. They boost client numbers and/or lie about campaign results. I was made to handle three different projects from start to finish within a few months and then was reprimanded and told that I could I could have done better. A client once commented how such a small agency could execute such high-profile properties/events - it is because we are pressed to work around the clock. This job sucked the life out of me and I don't wish working with those two CMOs on my worst enemy.
