      Pros

      There is a chance for career growth and travel benefits if you have been working for years. They fly some of the tenured employees to SG. Offers HMO. There are different projects that you will be involved in and a lot of illustrations and animations. You'll enjoy it if you're into that.

      Cons

      Career growth requires initiative and leadership roles. Most of the time, an opening for a higher position happens when another resigns. At some point, it can feel like you plateaued because despite the clients being different from one another, some projects are similar, just in a different style.
