Pros

20% of the company does 80% of the work. Countless examples of misogyny and work place bro culture. Previous reviews of needing to be a man to succeed here are unfortunately true.

Cons

Constantly changing systems mean that team members are not able to figure out what they’re supposed to do to do things right. Training is not adequate, and there is an overload of work. Only one or two senior technical resources at this company who actually know what they’re doing so it makes it hard for us junior folk to get proper mentorship. Often times the blind are leading the blind. There is currently a mass exodus of people here and high turn over. Unqualified people promoted or hired into roles that they have zero education for but the management team likes them so it doesn’t matter. Toxic work place.

Pros

It’s just a job, and you can work somewhere else.

Cons

This company was great to work for early days (2021-2023), so the reviews from that era are accurate. It was a great place to work. And then they bought four other environmental companies, and it went downhill hard. Senior management (and owners) are completely unqualified. The “strategy” for the “amalgamation” of the new companies was to have zero process, or plan, and just assume everything will work out. What has resulted, is changing the accounting system 4 times in the last 2 years, leading to double billing clients, PMs not being able to see project costs, and then being punished for not making money on their projects. But there’s zero system or visibility to help them. Employees have to enter their timesheets in two, sometimes three systems. There’s very little support or training for junior staff. In every way, you’re thrown to the deep end and made to sink or swim. Nepotism and favoritism is in abundance here, and the scales tend to tip in the favor of being tall, white, and male. Limited diversity in the company. Look at the “executive” team on the website. That’s a low ratio of women on the team. There’s a history here of firing women. The people are great and they’ll get you everytime because you like the people you work for - but the reputation in the industry is horrible. Clients are unhappy with the quality of work and other consultant firms know that anything coming across their desk branded 360 is wrong and needs to be redone.
