Pros

- None in a general sense - water until it ran out - lunch once a month if they remembered other people we're in the office and not just three main folks. - casual

Cons

- everything - the office is a complete mess, the bathrooms are disgusting. No one is able to just reload the toilet paper, some people are too good for that - there's an office snitch. He will talk about you, and if you even mention something negative it goes straight to the boss. He does not care about you. He doesn't even say hello. Didn't even graduate HS, but considers himself above everyone in the office. GIVE ME A BREAK. - the pay is low, no over time. If you finish early its a big event if you want to leave early. - No work life balance, no office culture - Boss favors certain people, and doesn't even try to hide it. which comes back to the lunch situation, your other employees can hear the girl ordering and putting it on your c.c oh yeah there's also the evidence of she giving the food to the other two, while the least paid people just watched.

This person's definition of back stabbing is a manager addressing an employee that is spending all day surfing the web and playing on their phone. QUICK TIP AGAIN - When you work for a company and do absolutely nothing but create negativity, a manager and/or owner will most likely fire you. This person doesn't have the professionalism to understand this concept. The office is immaculate, we have it professionally cleaned each Friday. after the work week is done. If you had an issue with someone not reloading the TP, you should have addressed it with them. Everyone's very accommodating and willing help each other. It just takes a little communication. . This entire review is false nonsense from a bitter individual that just couldn't cut it. We wish you the best of luck anyway! Lev

Pros

Pros – Office is casual (No one dresses up.) There is no clocking in or out (This is also a con.) Boss buys lunch once a month. Free Water.

Cons

Cons – Pay is low for the amount of work involved. Starts off between $400 a week. There is no clocking in or out, so there is no overtime even if you stay after 40 hours, which happens very frequently. No room for career growth, small company. Cannot work from home if personal emergency happens/No Work-Life Balance No office culture, at all.

Pros Pros – Office is casual (No one dresses up.) = Why thank you - we like everyone to be comfortable. There is no clocking in or out (This is also a con.) = So Pro or Con? Not right to go both ways here. Get back to me on this one? Boss buys lunch once a month. = I'm glad this one earned us some points. Guess what, it's once a week now. Just think how much free food you could have had if you hung on just a bit longer. Free Water = Water does a body good. Of course. Drink 8 glasses a day of filtered water if possible. Cons Cons – Pay is low for the amount of work involved. Starts off between $400 a week.= Between $400 a week and ? Pay climbs incredibly quick with motivated contributing team players that are able to complete the simple tasks they've taken responsibility for. There is no clocking in or out, so there is no overtime even if you stay after 40 hours, which happens very frequently = We actually do offer additional after hours/overtime opportunities but they're not offered to negative individuals who have trouble completing the simplest of tasks during regular business hours. No room for career growth, small company. = Hard to grow when you're not willing to apply and dedicate yourself to something. Cannot work from home if personal emergency happens/No Work-Life Balance = Lots of our folks work from home and on the road at times but those opportunities are handed to employees that are dedicated and are competent in appropriately managing their time while in the office. Not the case here unfortunately. No office culture, at all. = Low blow there. We've got lots of culture, smart, fun and dedicated people that I'm incredibly proud of. I really couldn't have asked for a better team! Lev Fishman

Pros

Free water, when its available. Free lunch once a month.

Cons

Owner has his favorites who are treated to lunch. It's so obvious, they try to hide it from the rest, when ordering lunch. The boss says you can speak to him about anything and its confidential. It really is not. First couple of months you are paid a written check. Save money for taxes.

Oh cmon...that is not true. The owner has no favorites, his employees are all his favorite, and he does everything he can to show his appreciation. The position that covers the owners email, assists our wonderful clients, traffics the orders and wears a few other hats has a hard time stepping out for lunch on busy days, so we feel it's only right to offer them lunch those days. The entire team works very hard everyday but everyone else is able to take their lunch time, and we very much encourage them to. Especially on warner days with that beautiful new LIC park a few skips away. We've always offered wonderful growth potential and reward our employees for dedication and hard work. We're proud of our entire team and are lucky to have such amazing people. Your description was grossly exaggerated. The inability to do a job really shouldn't be the purpose to post false statements about an organization. We wish you the best of luck anyway! Lev
