      Pros

      - None in a general sense - water until it ran out - lunch once a month if they remembered other people we're in the office and not just three main folks. - casual

      Cons

      - everything - the office is a complete mess, the bathrooms are disgusting. No one is able to just reload the toilet paper, some people are too good for that - there's an office snitch. He will talk about you, and if you even mention something negative it goes straight to the boss. He does not care about you. He doesn't even say hello. Didn't even graduate HS, but considers himself above everyone in the office. GIVE ME A BREAK. - the pay is low, no over time. If you finish early its a big event if you want to leave early. - No work life balance, no office culture - Boss favors certain people, and doesn't even try to hide it. which comes back to the lunch situation, your other employees can hear the girl ordering and putting it on your c.c oh yeah there's also the evidence of she giving the food to the other two, while the least paid people just watched.

      This person's definition of back stabbing is a manager addressing an employee that is spending all day surfing the web and playing on their phone. QUICK TIP AGAIN - When you work for a company and do absolutely nothing but create negativity, a manager and/or owner will most likely fire you. This person doesn't have the professionalism to understand this concept. The office is immaculate, we have it professionally cleaned each Friday. after the work week is done. If you had an issue with someone not reloading the TP, you should have addressed it with them. Everyone's very accommodating and willing help each other. It just takes a little communication. . This entire review is false nonsense from a bitter individual that just couldn't cut it. We wish you the best of luck anyway! Lev

      Pros

      Free water (and oxygen)! You get to work from 8 AM - 5 PM and most, if not all days, you get to stay past 5, (of course without overtime). Who doesn't love staying at work past office hours without getting paid for it. There are new employees every few months or so due to the high turnover rate. You get to meet new people every few months. The people that are there for the long haul aren't smart enough or possess the skills or intelligence to go for a career and not just a job in a rinky-dink company, so your rise to the top should be fairly easy and quick if you know how to play office politics and know to keep your opinions to yourself, not trust anyone, and always keep your guard up. The saying wolves in sheep's clothing rings true here. The people here aren't the brightest bunch, but what they lack in intelligence, they make up for in spades with backbiting and tattle-tailing. Yes, tattle-tailing, which the bosses give their tattle-tales brownie points for. If you have a college degree or an ounce of self worth, I don't see you last here more than a few months, or a year, if you are a glutton for punishment.

      This business will probably go under soon due to the highly dubious product they sell. It's basically telemarketing tried to made to look classy, like a pig in a dress with lipstick. It's one of those jobs you worked for and wouldn't be surprised if one day they were just shut down and you never got paid your last 2 weeks.

      This individual has now left several reviews and is bitter because we would not tolerate their inability to work appropriately with other team members, lack of work ethic and pure carelessness. 360 MediaWatch goes above and beyond for every employee that walks through their door. We are an incredibly hard working team of professionals that takes their job very seriously. We don't have any patience for lazy and unmotivated individuals that bring negativity into the office and think they can slide by with doing nothing. Because this individual was so terribly unfit for the entry level position given to them, they feel the need to bash everyone in our company with a bunch of false nonsense. College Degree's are important but if you lack motivation, work ethic, can't perform the simplest of tasks, aren't able to listen to easy instruction, aren't able to get along with others, etc., it won't get you far. This business helps organizations track their media coverage and provides unmatched service in the industry. We will be celebrating our 10 year anniversary this year and are extremely proud of what we've accomplished and the level of pride and care our team members put behind their work each day. I'm hoping our future candidates are not deterred by this con. Lev Fishman
