      Everything You Could Dream Of In A Company

      Pros

      Good compensation with amazing bonus opportunities and multiple ways to earn income. Very hands on CEOs who genuinely care about not only their company, but the success of their employees. Willingness to listen to any and all ideas from employees and look for ways to implement said suggestions. Family environment- you will know you are a part of something special. Tenacious supporting staff at all positions to maximize success.

      Cons

      I wasn't with 360 sooner! No really, not to sound cheesy but it is hard to have a con with a company that always looks out for their employees.

      Pros

      360 Payments has an amazing team that I am honored to be working alongside. The owners, Lisa and Steve, are driven, honest, and very giving. They take care of their employees and are very passionate about doing the same for their customers.The balance of family and business is refreshing coming from corporate positions in the past. The office has an awesome set up and designed for employee happiness! 360 Rocks!

      Cons

      Small Business comes with being each employee needing to be able to wear many hats, which can be looked at negatively. I personally love the excitement and variety of wearing many hats.

      Pros

      As far as workplaces go, 360 is a lot of fun and most of the bs I've seen at other places is absent here. People work hard, but they make it fun. The company is small and growing so there is a lot of opportunity to stretch yourself and work outside of your job description. Executive leadership is fully engaged, approachable, and as near as I can tell have an authentic desire to be "the good guys" in a typically less than stellar industry.

      Cons

      The flip side of being a small and growing company is of course, growing pains. Lot's of processes being put in place and not everything is perfect from the get go. I'll say however that managements approach to figuring out what works and what doesn't is spot on so even this is kind of a pro unless you really don't do well with change.
