      Pros

      Good compensation with amazing bonus opportunities and multiple ways to earn income. Very hands on CEOs who genuinely care about not only their company, but the success of their employees. Willingness to listen to any and all ideas from employees and look for ways to implement said suggestions. Family environment- you will know you are a part of something special. Tenacious supporting staff at all positions to maximize success.

      Cons

      I wasn't with 360 sooner! No really, not to sound cheesy but it is hard to have a con with a company that always looks out for their employees.

      Pros

      -Fun Work Environment -Great Management -Great People Overall 360 is a great company and I had a blast spending my summer with them. If you have a chance to work here definitely take it!
