Pros

No clocking in or out, free coffee machine, free health care, tuition reimbursement, stock options, 401K. Culture is fun.

Cons

Salary is terrible for the amount of work that is done, sometimes you work long hours. There is no proper training structure, people just come and go. They promote "unlimited vacation" but once your days start to add up (they do calculations based off how many days you've taken off, so if in January you took off 3 days they multiply that by 12 months which equals 36 days and that's when they become "concerned".) There is absolutely no structure. They sell this "Great Place to Work" junk, and at first it's fun but after time it wears off and then you get to see what the company is actually like. We are constantly threatened that if our job quality doesn't increase that we will be replaced by someone who will do it right. There's really no room for growth here. You can't really build a career. It's a great place to work, if you just graduated college.

Pros

Coworkers are amazing. Some of the best people I’ve ever worked with.

Cons

I.T. development leadership is horrible! The CTO is ineffective and promotes the wrong people. Totally stuck in the 90s with leadership style. Lots of high fives and back slaps but no support for those with ideas to make things better. The smartest people have left or are leaving. It’s sad that the company keeps terrible leaders only to lose valuable employees.

Pros

One of the better call centres. But still a call centre.

Cons

Unlimited sick days... as long as you dont take too many. Very clichy. Minimal training. They throw you to the wolves. Asking someone for help gets you a 50 50 chance for either an answer or attitude and not wanting to help i was asked to be more flexible with my schedule... which i already was... so i agreed again asking only one thing... that my days off would be together. When i looked at the schedule, the one thing i asked for was ignored. My breaking point was being on the phone all day one day, and one of the new managers barked orders at us all day like we were some sweat shop in china. My experience here was a nightmare, and i couldnt be happier to be out of there.
