If you pay attention in training and learn from the way the trainer and the way your colleagues communicate and sell, you can pick up useful sales skills. Your communication skills improve and you become better at making presentations. Also, you get more confident at talking to people because it becomes your job to do so. I really enjoyed the team nights and having meet friends to do sport on the weekend.

Loved the team meetings. Great team atmosphere with awesome social nights. I really enjoyed the initial training and I learned a lot. We were also allowed/encouraged to bring our partners to the social nights which I found amazing. I made a lot of friends which I'm still contact with. People from all over the world work there which was great for networking, finding friends and like-minded people. Fun and happiness is a big factor and well looked after. I had one of the best days ever when they surprised the staff with a jet ski day. I made good progress while I worked there and the opportunities for growth are unlimited. Senior staff was very helpful when I had trouble with my Visa. Enthusiastic, very encouraging and always had an ear for me.
