      Get your hands on a lot of different technology. Will take on people new to the industry. Work with good people. Breakfast. Pool table and darts board.

      Is fast paced and can get stressful. Low salary compared to elsewhere.

      Great company for growth and career development. Brilliant culture & team. Supportive team & ExCo. Development channels for which avenue of IT you want to go down. Company outings during the summer and at Christmas. Pool table and darts

      Career progression based on clique's and time served, not skill Shockingly low wages for the industry Sexist/homophobic culture, with high level execs making constant poor remarks High workloads with little to no support No benefits at all apart from a below average holiday allowance
