      They will pay the minimum they can get away with, and will dispose of you when they don't need you. If you like to feel like a disposable, underpaid tool, this is the place for you

      - Good entry point to the industry since they are open to hiring people with no experience -Good learning experience and high service standards

      Cons

      - Too many cooks in the kitchen syndrome (Middle Management) - Abusive leadership methods that they get away with due to the lack of knowledge from the very young and inexperienced work force - Very high turn over and short term HR strategy
