      Pros

      The vibe is awesome really happy people to work with & the trainers are awesome they have "team night" which basically means go out drinking & having fun. Even if you're not of age to do so the manager will buy you drinks on your "promotion" !

      Cons

      The "manager/president" is very superficial she only likes "studs" so good luck if you're ugly. Very selfish once you get to know her and you're no longer her favorite "beast" that's what they call the rep if they get people to switch and "save money" on their electric bill (total lie!) It's only commission they lied to me about having "salary plus bonus" not a serious job.

      Pros

      3M Consulting is a great place to work in Columbus. My training skills were minimal and I had never interviewed anyone. Now I know how to interview, train, and I'm learning how to develop others. I am working myself into learning how to be an ideal leader for people and to follow my footsteps.

      Cons

      The high energy environment takes so getting used to but it's so contagious that you can feed off other people's energy.

      unprofessional management

      Her partner was an amazing business owner

      Cons

      Management discriminates on almost everyone. If you are too old, not pretty enough, if she doesn't like your shoes/hair/outfit she will literally hide you in the back of the office. Really unprofessional and should be reported to BBB.
