Larger corporation with refined rules

I enjoyed working in a great work environment with fun, competitive young professionals who are all motivated towards achieving similar goals. The business is also performance based and not seniority based which I appreciated because hard work doesn't go unnoticed and is rewarded in various ways. It was also rewarding to be apart of a company where I was able to grow personally and also help others grow within the business as well.

I really don't have anything negative to say about 3M Consulting. Overall I had a great experience, but my only complaint was the hours. It's not just a 9-5 type of job which all of the individuals who work there will tell you they love, but for me it just wasn't a good fit in that regard.
