      Pros

      There’s so many pros to working here and so many great things and opportunities within the business. I love the energy everyone brings to the table and how positive and uplifting everyone is. It’s also great how supportive everyone is of each other. Overall i love the job and atmosphere that we have in the office and out in the field.

      Pros

      The environment, people, and company here at 3mk is phenomenal, they teach you skills that apply both to the field and to your personal life, and the job itself not only pays well but is very relaxing and enjoyable. You end up meeting a ton of people through the work, making it always a new and fresh experience. I highly recommend this job to those looking for a welcoming place with good pay and opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      It’s a learning curve to get used to the field work, if you aren’t mentally ready or willing to learn then this job will be difficult for you.
