Company Review - Account Manager 3MK Employee Review

There’s so many pros to working here and so many great things and opportunities within the business. I love the energy everyone brings to the table and how positive and uplifting everyone is. It’s also great how supportive everyone is of each other. Overall i love the job and atmosphere that we have in the office and out in the field.

There isn’t any cons to the job to be honest.

During your 2-3 hour “sales meeting time”, you might have a comfortable chair.

- “Dress business professional in the office”, you sit in a hot office for 3 hours just to change into regular clothes to swindle poor people into buying Verizon services - If you think you can make a sustainable living from this, just keep holding your breath. The owner can’t even cover a tab at a bar for “team building night”. - the “$400 a week plus 25% commission” is BS. Not a hater by any means, but if you’re able bodied enough to walk door to door for your 3 loops, join a union and get paid real money and do manual labor. - there’s no room for growth in this company, and quite frankly, if you enjoy working for free, not being reimbursed for gas and hours of travel time for absolutely nothing, have at it. - there’s no sense of professionalism in this at all.
