Professional but Caring Environment
Pros
When you work at 3Nines you are a part of the family. Ownership knows the MSP world can be stressful. They have created a culture of high excellence, but welcome team questions and encourage collaboration. They also have a team lunch once a month to just hang out and enjoy being a team. The CEO's office door is always open for employees to walk in and have a conversation. The main motto is "Do the Right Thing". I have seen leadership go above and beyond to take care of clients and even clients that have decided to go a different direction. So many MSPs like to screw the customer when they decide to leave. Not 3Nines. Hands down the best environment I've ever worked in.
Cons
As with any organization, there are areas to improve. In this organization, administration processes can be a little inconsistent.
