Never backed by evidence, just pure harassment to break me. Their cruelty peaked when they sacked me just over a week before I reached my two-year employment milestone at the end of June. Supervisors are a study in dysfunction, glued together like a clique, their incompetence on full display yet covered up loud and obvious, you can’t help but overhear. You’ll spot them lounging on radiators, scrolling phones, while the real work falls to underappreciated staff. Management holds patronizing meetings every few months, preaching that they’re doing you a favour by employing you, while dodging the new pay increase by cutting your hours etc. ✉️ 3P Logistics hemorrhages contracts - big names like Fairyloot and Henri-Lloyd have already jumped ship. They shrug it off as “just business,” refusing to own their unprofessionalism and staggering incompetence. But the industry is talking, and word spreads fast. Clients and workers deserve to know the truth about this chaotic operation, where principles like integrity are just wall art, not practice.
