They finished the course in short time as didn't covered all the topics.

Cons

3RI is the worst institute. I had joined this institute for DevOps course, worth 15k which was sheer waste. They didn't complete the course and had given just an overview of the tools, didn't provided the study material even. It was a compete waste of money and time.

Cons: Poor Management: The management lacks professionalism and fails to support employees adequately. Unethical Practices: Holding employees' salaries without valid reasons and refusing to share policy details when questioned. Focus on Quantity Over Quality: The primary focus is on completing courses quickly, often at the expense of proper teaching and ensuring student understanding. No Full and Final Settlement (FNF): After resignation, the company does not process FNF, leaving employees without proper closure. Lack of Transparency: Policies and processes are unclear and not communicated effectively to employees. No Employee Support: Post-resignation experience was particularly frustrating due to withheld payments and lack of resolution.
