      Poor Management Shapes Poor Behaviour

      Pros

      Nice studio, people are great and interesting projects to work on

      Cons

      - extremely poor management - imbalanced resourcing, you always get tasked with more work whilst others have the time of their lives - you get punished with more work for being talented, efficient and carrying the team, promotions are non-existent - great staff leave or get fired

      Pros

      - Wonderful office and location - Excellent lunches and coffee - Young, social and very friendly staff - Open minded approach to design.

      Cons

      - No Loyalty to Staff, Even those who have worked there for 5 - 10 years. Staff are fired when there is a small dip in work. - Pay increases based on performance are non existent. - Interns are employed on a 6 month basis and discarded in favor of employing fully qualified designers on a long term basis. - Overtime is normal. - Staff become pigeon holed making a wholesome experience virtually impossible to gain. - The most talented staff seem to leave us.
