      Exciting customer segment (members are family offices and founders), market is growing (exodus from wealth management), real community growing, young team is tight knit and executing well, nice office in NYC with lots of events.

      Cons

      Normal growing pains for a startup. Managing priorities and expectations of members vs. feature roadmap and whats feasible with small team.

      Fast-paced, ideas-driven environment where you can learn quickly and take ownership Structure exists and is evolving, giving employees the chance to help shape processes 5 days in the office with a great space overlooking Madison Square Park (if that’s what you’re looking for) Professional, young, hardworking, and collaborative team Transparency from leadership on what is happening next Strong benefits, including healthcare and unlimited PTO Great for early-career professionals looking to grow quickly and gain experience Opportunities for cross-collaboration across teams and to wear multiple hats (that might not be a pro for some)

      Cons

      Startup life means you may juggle many responsibilities at once, which some might find challenging. At times, management communication about desired outcomes can be vague. While this may be due to moving quickly, taking a moment to refine and articulate what a successful outcome should look like would help avoid rework and confusion.
