      Pros

      Remote working. Virtual office space.

      Cons

      Very cliquish. Talks about former employees in a negative light. No human resources department. Wants “yes men”. Doesn’t understand their consumer.

      Working from home is a plus.

      Cons

      I had never experienced anything quite as toxic as the environment in this company. The COO and CEO are both lacking any sort of class and will both not hesitate to insult you. Some of the people there seem to enjoy the game of talking behind each other's backs - it's all quite childish. The company itself is 'bush league', and hasn't shown any growth in years. I'm glad I moved on

      Gimmicky products, unprofessional and uneducated C level team, don't fall for allure of virtual company.

      Pros

      Virtual company, work from home. Current sales manager is a joy to work for but who knows how long she will be there.

      Cons

      Retention rate for clients is very low, meaning product is not worth it. Sales team gets it, but that's not enough to carry a company. East coast mentality of speak your mind means team will be rude to you and talk down to you, and talk behind your back, even though you have more knowledge, vision and capability then they ever dream of having.
