I have been part of the 41 Orange family since October 2019, and thoroughly enjoy working with the dedicated and creative individuals who make up this team. Our entire team defines the culture here; we champion the company values and find ways to acknowledge contributions that are in line with those values - be driven, make an impact, have a growth mindset, be a team player, be authentic. Collaboration and celebration of success are part of the day-to-day. Realignments and incremental changes on campaigns and processes are talked through with all stakeholders to ensure all ideas are brought to the table and everyone buys in.
