      Hey, Reviewer! We value the feedback and appreciate the pros listed. While the work we do is incredibly important and fast-paced, it shouldn't be a constant source of stress for anyone. If that was the case, we're glad that you gave our Management Training Program a try and learned that it wasn't for you. While we do operate on a commission-based structure, it wouldn't be possible for us to still be working with our client, AT&T, a decade later if we were preying on potential customers. Naturally, there is always room for improvement, so we welcome you to call our Human Resources Department with further tangible feedback on how we can be more honest and upfront about what we do. Also, if requiring all employees to submit a review was a condition of employment, we would definitely have more than 14 reviews over 10 years...just some food for thought!       Walking 7 hours a day by yourself and not having time to eat nor use restroom. No thank you!

      People are great but not worth it.

      Cons

      They don't tell you the position is to sell direct tv at first, I was told it was 50h a week but it's actually 72h week work, 60h walking knocking on people's door to sell direct tv. The most awkward thing I've ever done in my life, especially when it is raining.

      Reviewer, We are sorry to see this feedback, though we are appreciative of the time you took to share ways we can improve our interview processes. It seems as if there was miscommunication, as our website directly states "We are outsourced by the largest telecommunications provider in the world to handle their direct sales and marketing campaigns. We help their customers by lowering their existing phone, internet, and TV services." and we cover our client, at length, in our second interview. Our hours are also discussed in the interview, and though it is not a standard 40 hour week (when participating in our Management Training Program), we do not work 72 hour weeks or 12 hour days. All in all, we wish your experience with us had been better and hope that what you learned during your time with us propels you into a new, great career. Best of luck!       Pros

      The opportunity is amazing. You're actually learning how to run your own company and teach others the same. The atmosphere is electric and your co-workers actually help you reach your goals.

      Cons

      It's all commission based. There's no base pay at all. Your paycheck is based solely on what you sale.
