We are sorry to see this feedback, though we are appreciative of the time you took to share ways we can improve our interview processes. It seems as if there was miscommunication, as our website directly states "We are outsourced by the largest telecommunications provider in the world to handle their direct sales and marketing campaigns. We help their customers by lowering their existing phone, internet, and TV services." and we cover our client, at length, in our second interview. Our hours are also discussed in the interview, and though it is not a standard 40 hour week (when participating in our Management Training Program), we do not work 72 hour weeks or 12 hour days. All in all, we wish your experience with us had been better and hope that what you learned during your time with us propels you into a new, great career. Best of luck!
