The list is endless...
1) There's only 1-2 clients to work for (only real estate)
2) The senior management works from Mumbai and there's no hierarchy and senior leadership in the bangalore office, hence there is no teamwork and the clients work gets delayed/mismanaged.
3) Office politics, no remote work option, bias towards old employees.
4) Firing of mid-level and senior staff on baseless reasons, mostly due to lack of funds.
5) Keep losing retainer clients due to mismanagement.
6) No business development/marketing team to onboard new clients.
7) Bend down to the irrational and illogical whims of clients, say yes attitude for everything that client says/asks to do even if it's technically wrong.
8) Poor HR and management for all the basic requirements of employees like - good working system, legal softwares etc.
9) Poor pay structure and salary hikes.
