Messy all around. Even if most people aren't paying close attention, at the same time there are cameras everywhere to make it as uncomfortable as possible. Departments are silo'ed and don't work with each other. Company wide communication doesn't exist. Lots of "one hand doesn't knowing what the other is doing". Lots of busy work but actual progress is very slow. Communication is not good and access to management is protected. Processes are very convoluted and outdated for how high tech they claim to be. Pay is very below average. Some departments seem very understaffed and stressed out. So many mistakes. Cannabis quality doesn't matter. Managers are territorial and suspicious instead of helpful. If you just want to work here, you should obey and not ask questions or share info instead of sharing and helping people get better at their jobs. You can clock out and leave it all behind. But if you want to contribute to building a business and growing, forget it. You can get criticized for offering to train people in new skills or wanting to learn more yourself. IMO this is a side effect of underqualified unskilled management and no vision for team development and company growth. Work force is undereducated|underskilled, not efficient, underpaid and has low morale with no advancement program. I was shocked many times by managers not knowing basics of common sense business practices..... and decent human|professional interaction, lol. Unstable environment, lots of turnover, very short memory for accomplishments and sudden disappearances [cough cough firing|layoffs] with no notification. A red flag for any business.... managers that are always "too busy" to meet or make a decision, miss or cancel meetings with no explanation or hold too many meetings where nothing gets done. Lots of hurry up and wait because of cash flow too.
