I can tell they try to put the best people into positions of leadership and promote from within whenever possible. The team here is a diverse group of people of all ages, genders, ethnicity and backgrounds. The focus is on quality over quantity, not cutting corners strictly for efficiency sake.
Cons
Some folks have a misinterpretation of what the industry is when they begin working here. They think that because 4front is part of the 'green rush' that every person is making 6 figures a year. In reality this is a manufacturing site and retail outlet where costs add up very quickly so the wages are competitive but may be lower than expected by some.
