      staff is good. & food policy is good.

      Cons

      food allowance deduct from your salary increment not good & overall HR can not any action for any employee issue . Dircetor is everything . salary deduction is too much we cant share the offer later before joining . after the joining salary in hand will be low resons of the lots of deduction liike - HRA food allowance health insurance.
