I am extremely disappointed with my experience at 4i Apps. After dedicating two years to the company, I was abruptly informed on my working day that I was being released immediately, without any prior notice or consideration for my situation. The lack of communication and the absence of a standard one-month notice period left me unprepared and in a challenging position. It is highly unprofessional to let go of employees without giving them adequate time to find new opportunities or even mentally prepare for such a significant change. This shows a complete disregard for employee well-being and loyalty. I expected better from a company I committed my time and efforts. I hope 4i Apps takes employee relations more seriously in the future. I would not recommend this organization to anyone seeking job security and respectful treatment.

Multiple projects are being allocated at same time to handle. It is tough when issues from all projects cone at sane time
