Pros
During my time at 4iPlatform, I had a very good experience during the recruitment process. Very agile and accurate. My onboarding was excellent, I was quickly integrated into the team and felt welcome from day one. I had a good Tech Leader, with clear tasks and responsibility.
Cons
The points against are very few, at the beginning I started as a front-end for a technology and after a while they changed me to another one due to a last minute problem with a client of the company. It was not the change itself, but the technology itself was obsolete (deprecated) so I was not so excited to learn a technology in disuse. The other issue was a bit of communication when it came to making profound changes to the app, as there were some problems with the DDL.
