      Pros

      Can be laid back at times. Inputs are welcome. Close atmosphere.

      Cons

      Teach yourself the responsibilities. Lots of trial and error. Low win percentage on deals because of outdated procedures. CEO is stubborn on his ways and can be temperamental. Low retention rate.

      Pros

      As a consultant to their clients, I did not have to work much in the office or with management directly. Can't think any other Pros...

      Cons

      Worst management ever. Seriously. I could go on for pages on everything they did or how they treated us. But the grudge has worn off!
