Pros
Somewhat flexible but if they want something done they want it done immediately.
Cons
Extremely low pay. These people don’t understand the concept of respect. They joke too much, which sometimes gets involved with work. Very conservative ideologies during lunch. Rude environment. Unhinged coworkers. Literal yelling and slamming of doors.
