      Pros

      Somewhat flexible but if they want something done they want it done immediately.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay. These people don’t understand the concept of respect. They joke too much, which sometimes gets involved with work. Very conservative ideologies during lunch. Rude environment. Unhinged coworkers. Literal yelling and slamming of doors.

      Pros

      They are very focused on creating a positive atmosphere. I enjoyed going into work and interacting with everyone. Hours were flexible and family was always important. They provide incentives and the ability to work independently.

      Cons

      Benefits are not as good as a larger organization.
