Pros
Adam is definitely one of the best bosses I've ever had. He is great at encouraging growth and he works to actively challenge you as a person and at your job. Communication is very open, there wasn't a single time I didn't feel like I couldn't address something with him. When you join the 5ivecanons team you're joining a group of awesome people who do everything with excellence and professionalism. You will make some incredible friends if you have the pleasure of working here. I left with nothing but fondness for this company. Definitely sets the bar for what a well balanced workplace truly looks like. It's going to be hard to beat half days on Fridays, and after-work yoga sessions.
Cons
There are rare occasions where more than 40-45 hours a week is asked of you, but honestly that's any job. So not really a con, but that's the only thing I could think to put here.
