      The CEO doesn’t care about the employees

      Pros

      The employees work hard for their clients. There are some really good people working at this company.

      Cons

      The health insurance policy (6 degrees uses their own reference based pricing) will not cover most hospitals in the areas but 6 Degrees won’t tell you that. Their policy discriminates against people with health conditions. If you want to role the dice and think you’ll stay healthy you’ll probably be okay. But if you ever get sick or have a pre-existing condition, then be prepared to spend your check on health cost.

      6 Degrees Health was established, in part, to ensure that employees have access to affordable health care and is an employer of choice for that reason. We practice what we preach. 6 Degrees does not discriminate and takes affirmative measures to ensure equality in benefits and employment.       Misguiding Company

      Pros

      The only fun thing is the environment (sometimes) and the potlucks. Although those are department specific.

      Cons

      There is segregation between the company, management is hot headed and very egotistical. Some of management is very hot headed, unprofessional, and mean to people. They pride on diversity but there is little to no diversity. Favoritism is very prominent within the company and various departments.

      Most coworkers are great to work with and supportive.

      The new changes do not reflect or support the company's core values. Employees have been given a lot more work without the title, pay, or respect deserved.
