Strong Offensive Team Good Delivery Research Development Days Plenty of opportunity to do web app/infrastructure testing

Not paid market value To much red tape Everything has to be preapproved by executives Missold Miscoped jobs on occasion Feels like the test team is given much emphasis by the larger business More interested in other aspects of the business Never given bonuses No annual pay rise by the company at all
