Pros

Flexible schedule with 2 days from the office and 3 remote. CEO for portfolio company is one of the best I've seen and so are ALL the executives. Never boring startup with fast pace environment.

Cons

Before you join this company, please consider these 3 facts: 1. Payroll for our company was due 6/3/22, but was paid late on 6/6/22 2. We are still waiting for our 401k matching for 2021 (today is 6/13/22) - no official ETA 3. Our bonuses for 2021 haven't been paid (2022 is half gone!) - no official ETA or communication! can you believe that? 777 has serious communication issues and is not the best at taking care of their employees.

Indifferent to all employees

Cons

Completely missed a payroll to 320 people. Not a bit of concern when the majority are hourly employees. Was 777 partners fault that payroll didn't get paid. HR is the most indifferent group of people I have ever met - could care less because they got paid - made no attempt to get people paid - their solution was oh well, wait till Monday
