Pros

Really amazing product that is easy to get behind, decent pay, cool atmosphere, lunches provided.

Cons

No official HR department to speak with, or voice concerns. When I started, there were only 2 females working plus the cook/cleaner. Out of 40 people! The rest all males. Being accepted or included was difficult with management. I often felt treatment and favouritism was all but to obvious. The company preaches hard work, but I noticed employees who were lazy and not very motivated or enthusiastic, getting special treatment over others who worked harder.. I felt I busted my butt and was at the top for metrics as proof of that, but was ignored with positive feedback or coaching opportunities that could've helped me.

Pros

- Great, laid back atmosphere - Catered lunch - Transparent management - Provide every tool required to be successful (ie. can look up all of your metrics and compare to co-workers', training, shadowing) - Your own workspace (No sharing computers/cubicle) - Great work-life balance. Management understands that life happens.

Cons

- I've only been here for just over a month, haven't had a negative experience yet. Employees are very welcoming and helpful.

Pros

The salary is good for London.

Cons

The 2 Owners of 787 Networks are terrible leaders and people. From using slurs to flat out bullying they are not mentally or emotionally equipped to lead a technology company. Their lack of foresight time and time again has lead them to mass firings, wasted money and wasted time. These are the type of people that fire people over "costs" but needlessly renovate their office at the same time. They love to complain about people that show up at 8 and work till 5 but don't come to work until 11am. These fools have their development team spend months of time on projects that are poorly thought out and planned and eventually go nowhere. The maturity level of the 2 owners is that of a spoiled child. Talking behind employees backs is just sad and pathetic. If they could fire people for smoke breaks legally they would. The "Bro Culture" here is like something out of Mad Men. Ownership is not afraid to tell employees that they don't care what you think. They hire people to be leaders but the only way to survive is to become a "Yes Man" and follow their awful ideas.
