You get a discount after the first three months of employment.

Cons

Turnover on the retail team is very high. This is due to two things: 1. You’re paid ~$12-13/hr. You’re told you’ll have a raise after your probationary period but that will never happen. The retail employees are a huge value driver for the business but they’re not compensated fairly. Once people realize this they find a different job pretty quickly. 2. Management doesn’t care about you at all. There is a very clear divide between those who work on the retail floor and those who work upstairs. The only communication between those teams is through email blasts demanding that you act a certain way to maintain the brand image.

There's very little I can say positive about this employer. The pay is a joke, they expect top-notch sales people but they offer a whopping $14/hr then proceed to promise 30-40 new member sales per month. WHAT A LIE!!!! 88 Tactical is lucky to have 30-40 non-members walk in per month, much less have them signing up. Then to top it off, these dumbasses start offering their concealed carry courses at no-charge; like that's supposed to increase business & want us to sell new memberships from it. The people at the helm of this company need to pull their heads out of their a?! & take an intro to business class at their local community college.
