      The schedule is good and can be adapted if permission is given.

      Cons

      Team leaders are very unreliable. Always paying trainers later than contract states and no improvement on paying trainers on time. Team leaders treat South Africans very bad (Common friends in the company) absolutely NO benefits or growth in the company as a trainer.
