Pros

Great real life experience to learn about business, how to manage and lead people and how closely marketing and sales go hand-in-hand. The company culture is full of motivated, supportive and inspiring people. Your peers come from all different backgrounds which creates such a fun atmosphere.

Cons

There is no hand holding; it is like when you go from high school to college - your professors expect you to open your mind and question everything you ever knew, that is just how it is here. If you are not open minded and just looking for a job...then this is not the place for you. You'll be out of your comfort zone more than you ever have before. If you like the sound of this, then this is the place for you.

I'd had a 50k salary position, I gave it up because I wasn't passionate about the typical corporate America. I wanted something I would enjoy. Originally I was looking for a way out of another intermediate job and marketing experience. I did the 3 round interview and was hired on. After a few weeks, I fell in love with the business model and how hands-on invested they were. I learn so much and I'm continually developing myself to become a better me everyday. YOUR in control of the opportunity.

Cons

This business takes a truly self-motivated person. We can coach people on how to find their self motivation and maintain it; in the end NO one can motivate another person.

Great team environment!! This company opened opportunities for me no other company has before. Everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand.

Cons

None. Any obstacles I faced, there was always someone willing to talk me through it and help me overcome the challenge.
