Pros

- There weren't a lot of pros working here - Office was nice and drinks

Cons

- Everything about the company was the investors, you can tell that the CEO is just waiting to flip it - Toxic people that were protected - So many talented people and creatives being wasted - Systems were outdated for a tech company - Super tight on travel - males and females made to share a serviced apartment for cost saving - Senior managers don't listen to your ideas because 'well Uber etc do it the same way' You are selling to businesses but don't have a email address on the website for local sales - Don't believe the management replies to staff retention, do your own research go to LinkedIn and see how many former employees there are and the quality of staff gone, the 1 star reviews are accurate

At least the pay is good

Pros

The pay is pretty good and it offers an ok work life balance compared to other startups. The employees are great and have a lot to offer with lots of good ideas. Too bad the management doesn't want to hear them.

Cons

The boss acts like your best friend, but don't let that fool you. He will only listen to those who agree with everything he says. If you have a good idea that doesn't align with his views, he won't listen to you. He "only wants to hear positive things". You will be stabbed in the back after you leave, as the boss is very petty. Don't be surprised if he calls you toxic.
