      Great colleagues, but the workload is heavy

      The people are great, salary is ok...

      Cons

      Apart from our core business responsibilities, the challenging part is handling additional tasks from management that aren't directly related to our business goals. As a senior engineer, there's an expectation to continuously support the team on these initiatives. However, with tasks constantly being delegated down, it ends up cutting into the time we have for actual product development.

      Offer a great environment and interesting industry for you to learn and take challenges and get hands on experience. It’s fast paced here

      Cons

      There’s no clear career path and promotion criteria. bureaucracy that organization culture focuses on political struggle rather than innovation. The managers are not impressed
