Pros

Job security . They don't remove you unless you don't perform for 4 -6months consecutively - Salary on time . Salary is credited to your account on 29th of every month. - get to learn direct sales at initial level(Fresher). Mapping clients, pitching products, billing process etc - HR policies are good . HR are approachable . They listen to your issues and try to resolve them - Good reimbursement policies .

Cons

- Managers are not approachable .Though they always keep on saying we have open door policy it's just for name sake. Managers only listen to whom they want to . They don't have time when you have a problem . They pretend to be busy when you need help . - unnecessary huge hierarchy for no reason when you need to approach the branch manager for all decisions. All others are name sake managers. - no scope to implement new things or suggest new ideas. They prefer orthodox way of working only . The only thing they need is sale and money . - not at all a client centric brand. They never offer any freebies or loyalty bonuses to client . competition companies are better at this . - Managers feel employees are slaves . Few even don't have bother to talk properly to them . Though there are exceptions. - employee engagement programs are just useless . Some activities are conducted which do not have any sense. They make you roam around in the city which is what you do everyday at work. So what's entertaining of stress relieving in that? - unnecessary gossips and politics in office . Some people for no reason try to be the Khabris ( information collectors) in office and spread gossip's.(these employees can win national level competition in story telling ) People are very fond of your personal life so that they can use it to make fun on floor . - Managers don't trust the team members . - Divide and rule is what happens on floor . Managers are taught to do so . They try and create tension between employees to maintain enmity. - managers try to make your life at office hell if you do not work according to them. To be successful here you need to feed the manager with information of others . - target setting depends on your relation with the manager. - unnecessary data work. Same data is asked every 10-15 days with change in format. - asking for holiday is a crime. You surprisingly become the important employee when you ask for leave and they then try to convince you how you should reduce on your leaves . - some managers are more concerned about your after office hours. Where you go. What you do. With whom you go and stuff.

Pros

You're working around good. Not sure if you'd find such people in all organisations. It pays well if you achieve your targets throughout. You'll be happy to know that you can save well. But again that is subjective. You may get to learn loads in the builder team but may compromise on incentives. Vice versa if you're in the broker team. Its fun if you're under the right manager. Trust me only a good manager can make your life easier. I got one. Lucky me. Good incentives

Cons

In hand salary is peanuts. Less than peanuts actually. Only incentives can help you earn. Business is divided into retail (real estate brokers) and corporate (builders and developers). If put into the retail team then it affects your future career. Cause though the job title suggests corporate sales its actually retail sales and you'll be dealing with people of the last order. Worst people ever real estate brokers. Saturdays and Sundays are off. They'll eat up your Saturday as and when they feel like. No pay or comp off for extra work. All the work related to making data comes exactly at or after 6pm. Exactly after you've slogged all day. Do learn to say no or prioritise work to maintain work life balance.

Pros

Good CTC Good incentives and benefits Quick promotions

Cons

No use in getting promotions.will end up doing the same job even after 6 years with some ppl to manage. Work life balance won't be there.you will find it hard even sleep without nightmares of sales. Managers need to be educated that they are living in 2019 and employees are not their slaves as it used to be in ancient Egypt.
