Pros
You're working around good. Not sure if you'd find such people in all organisations. It pays well if you achieve your targets throughout. You'll be happy to know that you can save well. But again that is subjective. You may get to learn loads in the builder team but may compromise on incentives. Vice versa if you're in the broker team. Its fun if you're under the right manager. Trust me only a good manager can make your life easier. I got one. Lucky me. Good incentives
Cons
In hand salary is peanuts. Less than peanuts actually. Only incentives can help you earn. Business is divided into retail (real estate brokers) and corporate (builders and developers). If put into the retail team then it affects your future career. Cause though the job title suggests corporate sales its actually retail sales and you'll be dealing with people of the last order. Worst people ever real estate brokers. Saturdays and Sundays are off. They'll eat up your Saturday as and when they feel like. No pay or comp off for extra work. All the work related to making data comes exactly at or after 6pm. Exactly after you've slogged all day. Do learn to say no or prioritise work to maintain work life balance.
